It is defined as a multi-sport competition in which athletes have intense contact with nature, moving in teams practicing Mountain Biking, Trekking, Paddling and Vertical Techniques, seeking to reach Control Points (CPs) located on the terrain, using only maps or topographic charts and a compass for orientation.
