Race Description:

Old school adventure race with high mountains, pristine rivers and remote locations, staged in the Eastern Cape by Adrian Saffy.

The Saffinator needs no introduction to adventure racers in South Africa. In fact, he's one of the people in South Africa who has introduced a multitude of people to not only adventure racing but to mountain adventures in general. The Eastern Cape is his mountain office and you can expect to be shown some truly magical places.

The race is the first of the ARWS Africa Series for 2024, and teams need to score at 3 of the 5 races if they want to win the series and secure the African title and a place at the 2025 AR World Champs.  So this race is the place to start the 2024 ARWS Africa campaign!
