Raid Témiscamingue in Canada is offering free registration, travel and accommodation to two international teams for their race this year

Raid Témiscamingue in Canada is looking for two international teams to participate in their ARWS stage race from September 4 to 7, 2025.

The offer is for free registration, two plane tickets and accommodation for five days. A dream opportunity! They are looking for teams with media and reporting skills who can put the spotlight on the event in their own countries.

The race is a 3 day stage race, for teams of two, and this is what they have to offer and are looking for;

Our goal is to have two international ambassador teams who will bring this event to life from the inside. Teams will be selected based on their social involvement in their respective communities, as we want to highlight this aspect. We also want you to be followed by a media outlet in your country so that we can showcase you through our event.

The Témiscamingue International Raid has three phases on a breathtaking course. A total of 30 teams, from the region and from all over the world, will be on the start line. Teams will compete for 150 kilometers by way of trail running, trekking, mountain biking, canoeing, adventure swimming, rope sections and must navigate it all by map and compass in a maximum time of 28 hours.

Raid Temiscamingue Ride

In addition to being on the magnificent territory of the Anishinaabe Nation, racers will have access to a multitude of lakes and rivers on a dream course. Many surprises will present themselves as the challenge evolves. The event setting is a true paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and lovers of wide-open spaces, with no less than 7500 lakes and rivers. The diversity of fauna and the quality of its natural landscapes are perfect for recreational tourism activities.

ABOUT THE TÉMISCAMINGUE INTERNATIONAL RAID

The Témiscamingue International Raid is a spectacular race organized by the Société de développement du Témiscamingue, the Témiscamingue MRC, and Endurance Aventure. This endurance race features a series of challenges combining trekking, running, biking, swimming, canoeing, and stunning rope sections.

The 3rd edition took place from September 5 to 8, 2024, where around 30 teams from the region and across the globe competed on a 150 km course in the northern part of the Témiscamingue territory, between Rémigny and Saint-Bruno-de-Guigues. Additionally, a hundred high school students participated in the youth segment—a 20-kilometer raid that preceded the international race.
