Race Description:

The Merrell Transkei Tuff takes place each year along the Wild Coast of South Africa, in a region called the Transkei. A unique ecosystem of South Africa that lives up to its WILD reputation. Drenched in folk-lore and dotted with 100s of shipwrecks, there is just no end to the tales that come from this region. All this is exactly why the Merrell Transkei Tuff calls this area home. Where one can seek adventures around every rocky outcrop, inhabited bay and endless rolling green hills that plunge into the deep turbulent seas this is where team find out if they are Transkei Tuff. The Merrell Transkei Tuff first took place in 2016 in Centane area, hosted by Wavecrest Beach Hotel & Spa, for the first 4 years.
