The ARWS European Championship is the annual culmination of the ARWS European Regional Rounds and sees the top teams from Europe competing against each other for the title of ARWS European Champions. Teams race non-stop for up to 48 hours of mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and navigation. The winner secures a free entry to the AR World Championship giving them the opportunity to compete against the world’s best adventure racing teams.
The 2022 championship was hosted by Raid Gallaecia in Muras-Lugo, Spain. Team FMR from France won the championship and received free entry to AR World Championship 2023 which is to be held in South Africa hosted by Expedition Africa.
